El Cholo's is apparently a really good place for pineapples and fruit tamales.

Sorry to say that, I don't know anywhere in Las Angeles but here in SIn City(las vages)in December you can find those here in my house mmmmm I love tamales. Good luck talk to some Mexican people they might know a place I know I would If I lived their.
