I have tooth pain headache chest pain burning and sharp and twitching and aching I sometimes get it feels like electric shock in my ankle I do get arm pain and shortness of breath until I calm down I also get leg pain is it just anxiety or heart.I also have alot of gas.I had a ekg and x ray back in feb good results I get dry mouth.

i've had similiar symptoms and doctors have found nothing, but like others have said it could be anxiety. trouble is it also can be heart. so you need to be thoughly checked out because if it is only anxiety finding nothing is wrong will ease that any way! i wonder if it is a unrecognized viris or something. also if you smoke cigarettes can also effect circulation and toxicity of the bodies normal function and marijuana is even more resiness that cigarettes, and increases anxiety levels, also even could be a enviromental reaction like foods or something but these are my own suspicions and im not a expert, so see a professional and dont let them make you feel guilty about adding to the drain on the health care system when if they find nothing wrong with you!

I had severe chest pain for months. It turned out to be muscular pain 'cause the ribs were out of joint.

Sooo....

Get a complete workup once again from the cardio people, then head down to the sports medicine people and talk to them if the cardio people can't find anything.

what area of the chest, do u feel cold and clammy, does it radiate to your neck and your arm? is the pain dull..it might be angina pectoris, if its relieved by nitroglycerine and oxygen,,,,if its not relieved by nitro. and its causing anxiety..consult ur own doctor for more work-up

you need to go to the hosp its hard to tell if its the heart or anxietyyou can't aford to take that chance
