Or not, because they process through hot water? I haven't been able to find this info anywhere. Anyone?

They aren't raw food. I imagine they could be ground and sprinkled as a condiment- or brewed using the refrigerator method (always cold water.)

You know that you do have a great question. This should be a hard on to answer. My opinion is Yes it is from Raw foods because you can find your ingredients in the wild, just like your veges, and fruits.

When you eat raw food make sure you scrub your fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Recently people have become very ill and one 85-year-old lady died because of infection with E. coli O157:H7 in infected organic spinach.

no tea ,coffee,hearbal tea are not raw foods....
