Spirutein is my favorite type of protein. I use it almost every day, mixed with ice, coffee and soy milk in my blender. But if you want something even more grab and go then that, they also make pre-made shakes in little juice boxes that also have a ton of other vitamins and minerals in it including bee pollen to help with allergies.
They also make a protein pudding that although fairly sweet isn't that bad.
If you are looking for bars, I really like green food bars, they are cold pressed, raw and all natural.
If you have one in your area go to the Vitamin Shoppe! They are so much less then GNC and have a huge selection, and you can ask more questions of the staff when you get there.
Good luck!

Well for something on the go or at work/school etc. Trail mix is always good - something with different nuts etc. Or packaged crackers with peanutbutter. You could also get some Quaker soy crisps which are really good (I like BBQ flavour best). If you eat dairy, you could bring yogourt.... or just have a carton of milk. You could bring some veggie deli slices with you - I like Yves Veggie Cuisine the best, the fake turkey ones are my fav. You could also make a quick sandwich with them.
Other quick tasty ways to get protein - Heinz maply style baked beans! I love them on toasted bread or in a grilled sandwich for a special treat. It sounds weird but it really is good! Scrambled eggs if you eat eggs.... Also, veggie hot dogs take no time to boil, you can even microwave them in a bowl.

Veggie meats are high in protein. I recommend tofurky or Now and Zen products. Nutritional yeast is super high in protein and fully addictive. Try it on veggies or make a super easy pasta sauce-Nutrional yeast, margarine, salt, grated veggie cheese (optional), and boiling water. Nuts and seeds. Smoothie with soy protein powder (be sure to get soy protein isolate). Soy milk- check for protein content.

If you go to a gourmet foods store, or even somewhere like Trader Joe's, you can get nut butters made nuts other than peanuts. Peanut butter's great, but it gets old and almonds have the highest protein amount of any nut. Almond butter's great on apples and crackers.

Natural peanut butter is a great source of protein. If you are looking for an energy bar, I'm not quite sure.

OK, you want a way to get protein without, and I quote, 'eatting' [sic].
You could have some trouble there.
