everyone says exercise and diets...nope......it is all about keeping the sugar level under 120 and about 90....like blood pressure....watch out for fruits and breads cause they all have natural sugar...my mom is stage 1 diabetic and just takes gluconous pills (i spelled that wrong) she drinks alot too... and never exercises. but drinks alot lmao. but just control your sugar intake. diabetes is whether or not your body produces too much insulin or not enough. so that is where the insulin comes in .... if your body dont produce anough then you have to get insulin.... if it it too much then you have to reverse it

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Type 1 there is no choice your body does not make insulin the natural key to allow glucose to enter the cells from the blood. Type 2 on the other hand is diet, exercise, losing weight if needed, and healthy choices of lifestyle.

Exercise daily, and watch what you eat. Stay away from processed foods, and make an appointment with a nutritionist or dietician. Get a glucometer to monitor your blood sugars.

Y he aquí nuestra amiga la diabetes.
Mi consejo: empieza por cuidar tu dieta e ir al médico. Hay muchos recursos por internet para combatir la diabetes, te dejo el que para mí es uno de los mejores. ¡No te desanimes y mucha suerte!

Watch your diet, being especially watchful of your sugar intake. It it is important that you know what foods and additives turn to sugars during the digestion process.
