Everyone as an aorta so your question is not clear. The aorta is the main and largest artery that leaves the heart and delivers blood to the rest of the body. You can have two main problems with the aorta: aneurysm which is when a section stretches out at a weak spot - kind of like a balloon - and if the area breaks open the person could potential have a life threatening hemorrhage; and stenosis which is the opposite of aneurysm and is when the vessel is constricted and decreases blood flow to the rest of the body.

I might be able to tell you more if I knew what complaint you are asking about. The complaints with the aorta are not uncommon in adults - aneurysms. They cause pain and some variation in the ankle brachial index. (Measure blood pressure in the arms and at the ankles. The BP will be lower in the legs, but not a huge difference.)
In children, there are a number of complications of the aorta. Aortic stenosis is the usual one and that makes SIGNIFICANT changes in the ABI, failure to thrive and a list of other problems.

You have mentined aorta. That means heart diseases connected with aorta. It can be thorasic aortic aneurysm, aortic arch syndrome, aortic dissection, aortic incompetence, aortic insufficiency, aortic regurgitation, aortic murmur and aortic stenosis.
Please see the webpages for more details and symptoms for each heart disease.
