potatoes mmmm but they can only be slightly cooked, so that they are still watery, I don't like them too cooked
tomatoes, sorry, have to say both, these are great raw and as a sauce, mmmm cherry tomatoes, tomatoes are high in licopine, this is good for the prostate.
They are both nighshades, which means they aren't good if you have arthritis, but all good things in moderation!

how could u choose tomatoes over potatoes. Steak and tomatoes? potatoes. remember potatoes. wow. mashed. hash browns. sour cream salt and pepper. boiled. baked. twice baked. come on man. who really thinks ketchup is even any part of a competition for potatoes.
