depends on how many u are feeding and if you are using mayo/salad dressing or cheese? i would say about 2, three if you are generous, and definitly more than one, unless you are on a tight budget or just plain stingy ( I am in the last category, thank you!) definitly more that one. three to be safe,and better to be safe than hungry!

there are 24 slices of bread in a 1lb loaf or 12 sandwiches
There are 4 -4oz servings in a 16 oz can of salmon therefore .you need 3 cans. Obviously you will tweak up the salmon by adding mayo and celery and onions and some dill and celery seed
