It might be worth your time to check it out.You want to start slow when changing to this diet if you are eating cooked and foods . Your system will need to adjust so that you don't have any problems. Good Luck and don't forget that juicing detoxifies the body and gives you energy with the right veggies. I have a Jack Lalaine juicer and juice carrots, apples and even mix blueberries, strawberries and grapes in when I feel like it. I'm sorry but the person above me is wrong and you just need to make sure you add a good vitamin and mineral supplement to your diet. Cooking food kills nutrients. Try to buy organic to stay away from pesticides.Cooked food does not have the value that raw food does and if you switch you will also find that eating smaller potions fill you up.I can eat veggies with walnuts for lunch and be full. It is true that raw food is more nutritious than cooked food. However, the human stomach has evolved to the point where it can't process raw food as efficiently as cooked food.

Ergo, in order to get the same nutritive value as cooked food, you'll need to eat more raw food.

(unless you're a sheep).
