Absolutely. That empty haunting feeling can be hard to explain. The sense of loss and anquish are real and that can cause physical reactions. The good news is that it seldom last for very long. We usually get over the hurt.

Yes, the pain was so strong i wanted to take my life away. It really sucks to experience that i really would not desire that to anyone not even my worst enemy.
