Vinegar should not affect diabetes. You can have most anything in moderation. As far as vinegar in dressings or other products. there should be no ill effect.

Taking vinegar on type one diabetes??? Do you mean drinking some vinegar mixed with something? Vinegar, especially apple cider vinegar is good for a lot of things. I don't think it will harm your diabetes. White vinegar is also good for a lot of things. Look them up on a search, you will find tons of info.

Taking vinegar shouldn't adversely affect your diabetes, but please don't be sucked in by claims of reversing your diabetic condition. Sadly, that claim is unfounded, and most likely terribly wrong.
