what exactly is 'blended' salad? lettuce is a vegetable (so they claim) of leaves, mostly water and some thc, melatonin, vitamin d, a and e. lettuce is in the cannibis family.
there are many varitals of lettuce to choose from. try to maximize your lettuce venture next time you go to the produce section, there should be a variety of lettuce such as iceburg, romain, crisp head, butter head.... asparagus lettuce.
lettuce can grow in cooler tempuratures.
