that is a good one sometimes you cant tell that is why you should always be protected. other than that they may have burning when urinating, discharge, odor, bumps around genital area, or sores around genital area, ugly stuff too like scally broken skin around genital area. screaming bloody mary when sex or urinating. most of the time you cant tell so always always stay protected

well you can not walk up to someone and say hey you look like you have a sexually transmitted disease. A person with cancer could be mistaken for an aids patient. The only way to know is to ask before having sex and hopefully that person is grown up and smart enough to let you know. If they are in the early stages of an STD they may not even know themselves. So use precautions and dont sleep around.

STDs can be completely symptom free and usually are for many males. Some symptoms might include sores, foul smelling discharge, and irritation. As I said earlier many do not have symptoms are only diagnosed through blood or specimen testing.
