Most people who treat their warts never have them come back. That doesn't mean the virus that causes them is gone though (HPV).

I've read about 20% of people with genital warts have them come back and have to have them treated again.

Infants are RARELY born with HPV to mothers who have HPV.

You still have HPV. You can have a vaginal birth. Supposedly it's safe but I don't think I would. My friend's son's mother had HPV and she gave birth vaginally (she has since taken off and basically never spoke to the child again; he's 6). The boy had a problem with warts on his sides, etc. Whether that was from the HPV I don't know but I guess it could have been. You should really talk to your doctor.
