McGregor's is a cool place in San Diego. It used to kind of a dive and a neighborhood place for old dudes, but it's the cool place to hang now for us young crazy college kids. They have shuffleboard and a really interesting way of organizing pool... you write your name on a chalkboard, and because the tables are always full, the winner of any round stays at the table and plays the next person on the list, who also pays for the game.

The ''cafe populaire''. I live in Fribourg Switzerland and we have both this years Miss and Mr Swiss living here, and they go there, and everyone there is beautiful, and the music is great, and its not stuffy, no one is arrogant, and the owner is super nice. Its really refreshing for such a small college town.
