You don't say where you are so it is difficcult to answer your question. If you are in London, I would imagine in Brixton or Tottenham where there are large communities of black people and they have lots of shops especially catering for black people.
I have heard that Africans like bush meat, although I have seen on the news it is sold undercover, it is strictly illegal in the UK.
