It's spelled quinoa, and it must have as much fiber as pasta (maybe a little bit more). As for recipes, think of it like a pasta or barley, then use it thusly.

I cook Quinoa with vegetable stock. when all the stock is absorbed it's done. I can't remember how much stock to use, but it will say on the package. It's really good and tasty and goes with anything.
