Whose job is it to protect the interest of the children? We have three people, the husband, the wife and the sex worker. I have been heavily criticised for saying it is the job of the parents to ensure that the children grow up without being made HIV orphans. If a man who says he is married, refuses to wear a condom, I do not really care as long as he pays. Its up to him to worry about his children.

It looks as though your question has about 3 parts to it. First i believe its the parents job to protect their children. Sometimes there are things we do in ignorance that cause hardships for children. When that happens.. whoever chooses to become involved..whether it be the husband, the wife or the sex worker then all have chosen to become involved in the interest of the child and should work together and not bicker and point fingers at each other. Its always up to both parents to "worry" about their child (ren). Not caring doesnt sound good. It takes two. If he pays then you have to do your part too and keep your eyes on the child.

Well so are you saying that the sex worker has HIV? Well then first of all it is the sex workers responsibility to tell the man that she has HIV. Then if he knew that he could make the decision on his own whether or not to wear condoms. The parents are responsible for the children, but it is up to the HIV carrier to tell their partner about having the disease.

HIV is for promiscuous people and the last thing on their minds is the welfare of children. The HIV orphans are made by their parents. Stick to your wife or husband and you will not get HIV and your children will not be HIV orphans.

It is everyones responsibility to protect children. in your case of the money that isnt in my opinion the best way to look at having children, they last long after the money stops so you be the one to be responsable for your own body.
