they don't believe he was a prophet nor the Messiah because he didn't fulfill all the prophecies of their Messiah.

I have asked this question in Yahoo, too...I am a Christian, so I wondered how they see Jesus. I heard from many Jewish people who saw Him only as a prophet; someone special perhaps, but NOT THE MESSIAH!!! They are still waiting for their Messiah!
Of course, we as Christians, KNOW that Jesus is the Son of God, He is our Savior, He came to show all people the way to live and to love, by His life that He lived.
Most people, Jews and others who do NOT believe that Jesus is the Messiah, will have a real shocking surprise, when Jesus comes back to gather His people, and take them out of the tribulations of this world! Until then, no matter how many warnings and signs that point to Jesus as THE Savior, many Jews and other people will turn their back and their hearts away from Him! What a mistake!

Some Jews believed that he is from God, Some (the followers of Moses law) felt he is not keeping there rituals which didn't had nothing to do with the Holy Scriptures. And more than that Pharisees & Saducees were loosing there ground of fame for which made them jealous. But in all Jesus was from Jews so His early Disciples. What ever they think He is the Messiah and One and only Son of God died for the sins of the world and Rose again. And He is ALIVE to save U & me from our sin

Most Jews especially "IF" they are of the Reform variety don't even know they are Jews!
They are barely Jews at all and refer to themselves as
"Cultural Jews". They are the Woody Allen types, because of the admitted sexual inadequacies (due to inbreeding) they marry like Woody, their stepchildren! Now that's really LIBERAL and really REFORMED! Ugh!
Prophet??? The Reform Jew will think you are referring
to "Profit"!

we dont believe him as a prophet or the messiah.
to us a prophet is a Jewish leader who talks to god.
our messiah has not come yet and will not come until there is world peace.
if Jesus does come back after world peace...that would be pretty interesting to see what happens
