Hi, I'm a 21 yrs. old guy and I'm from India. People when they look at me don't believe that I'm 21, rather they assume that I'm 30- 35. The flaws on my face I would say are dark circles around my eyes, wrinkles on my face, very thick eye brows and frown marks on my forehead..And I also have started balding ( MALE PATTERN BALDNESS) for which i wanna regain my hair back. And my arms and body are densely hairy. So please suggest me some solutions/measures in terms of DIET or other in a natural and a healthy way that would make me look like somebody of my actual age. Please suggest me something in such a way that is feasible to follow in India.

Have a more modern outlook. Look through young mens' magazine and follow the fashion there. Get a trendy hair-cut. Start using moisturizer on your face for those wrinkles (use your mother's!). Also, age is not only in appearance, your topic of conversation gives your age away too, so find youngish topics to talk to people about. Good luck

my very best suggestion is to go with it. a lot of women find mature-looking men attractive, i being one of them.

i once knew a 20 year old that had a big, shiny bald spot on the back of his head. he was really attractive, but too young for me.

it's not that i have a fetish for men with bald spots, it's just that it doesn't matter to me. what is sexiest is when the man just shaves thier heads...there. no more bald spot, and that is a sexy look as well.

as far as looking old, it is a proven fact that people of your ethnicity as well as other, darker skinned ethnicities age better. you may only be 21, but the chances of you still looking 10 to 15 years younger when you're 41 are very much in your favor. don't be so hard on yourself.
if you have oily skin, wrinkles will also be less of an issue most likely. if you have dry skin, start taking care of it now, because dry skin will age much faster.

stress also ages a person. you said you had frown lines. work on that! turn those frown lines upside down...make smile lines...happy eye lines. :)

beauty, attraction.....all of that comes from within. you must be a happy person to radiate. embrace yourself. love yourself, accept yourself.

for diet, i would go for low fat protiens and whole grains. i would incorporate vitamins if you don't take them already, as well as soya lecithin and flax seed oil. these are usually sold with the vitamins.

stop worry, see how attractive you are. it takes time, but i *guarantee you* that in twenty years, you will be looking younger than me, and i am 33.
(Don't wax your arms. LOL that would look so odd and unnatural. *shaping your brows, as has been suggested by another person, is an excellent idea. it really does wonders for the eye, opening it and giving it a clean look. if you have a mustache, you don't have to get rid of it..try making it a stubble mustache instead of having a thick one...or a light goatee...(not light in color, but in density)
take it easy, be breezy~

Hey there, don't be so hard on yourself. It's got alot to do with your attitude. Picture yourself as young and free as possible to begin. If you can, I'd sugguest to keep your hair really short, take omega natural oils for that would help your skin glow. What kind of clothing would you wear? Cargo pants, surfer like t-shirts would give you a younger look.

go somewhere to professionally get your eyebrows plucked and shaped. Go for a short spikey haircut, and put some product in it.
And shave your mustache. I know you have one. Don't deny it.
