should i use gold bond, or use a foot cream for calluses??

Wear cotton socks.
Use whatever foot cream that works best for you.
Let your feet air dry as much as possible.
Put in cushion insoles in your work shoes.

Use a warm water foot soak to soften them up at night after you get home. Dry them gently and gently rub them down with a medicated cream or neosporin would work, to help heal the blisters.

You need to invest in a package of thick cushioned sox. And if your boots are new, that may be some of the problem. The sox will help cushion your feet while you get used to the boots. Gel sole insert should help also.
This should at least help your feet feel better while they heal.

My best advice is, see a doctor!! 6 years ago, One day I notice a blister under my right foot. within days the flesh started eating itself. It was gangreene! within a few days my right foot was amputated! it wasn't enough, So the Doctor, Cut just below my knee! There must be a clinic, where they help for free!!
