no, u can't..cuz it takes all those points u have now to get the couniling u need before the boob job...i belive level 5 gets u the boob job..goodluck.

i think there is this scoring system, though you won't be able to exchange tangible items, but there are some privilege to answer more questions or vote more or ask more....
