This was the Lord's night time job as He found the day job of saving humanity just didn't pay enough on its own.

Strange how in the whole Bible you find this text to make a comment on.
The 'excrement' mentioned referred to is 'moral filth'.This prophecy that Isaiah is relating is showing how God will show mercy to a remnant,and how these inhabitants of the restored land will come to be holy and what blessings await them.
So it is a little deeper than your silly comment

what they mean in this verse is that the Lord will
clean the Jewish nation of their sins.
The Blood = guiltness of killing the Lord.
