I have heard that prostate milking is a healthy and very erotic sexual act.
I was wanting to get some mens (and womens) perspective on the subject.

There are significant health risks associated with indiscriminate prostate massage. Gentle and limited massage may "help to drain painfully sequestered secretions in a chronically [but not acutely] inflamed prostate gland or seminal vesicles", and the massage around the prostate may benefit the muscles there. Vigorous massage, or massage to an acute prostatitis case, may be "very dangerous", possibly leading to septicaemia (blood poisoning), transfer of prostate cancer to other parts of the body, prostatic calculi tearing the delicate prostate membranes, perforation of the thin rectal lining, or hemorrhoidal flare-up in some individuals.
A concept that the prostate can contain bacterial infection responsible for pain, and which may need draining (ie an image of bacteria-filled acini), is not supported by any medical research, or within the urological community. A researching urologist quoted on chronicprostatitis.com states that the risks of causing problems by prostatic massage are such that "I'd usually have my patients on antibiotics when I perform massages on them." Some men have a lot of pain following such massages, possibly due to release of "forbidden antigens" from within the prostate. Sometimes no fluid is produced.
Whilst a prostate massage can benefit some men, particularly if it masasages the surrounding muscles rather than the prostate itself, it is important to be aware of these risks, be extremely gentle, and not focus on one area which may be harmed.
