One day,Jasmine put some green beans and some red beans into pan to stir fry it,after 20 minutes,the beans are seperated into 2 groups according to their colour,why it happen?

You did not say that the green and red beans were mixed in one pan. They may be separately fried.

The red deans, if started when dried, would be on the bottom, and the green beans, due to the moisture content, would be on top.
