There is no simple answer to this question. It depends on the lady and what she is looking for. As a mere male I would rather it be later than sooner as it is very easy to get a reputation as an easy lay and most decent men prefer to get to know her before trying it on. If she is looking for a secure, long term relationship then best to make him wait until she knows him well enough to know that once he has had sex with her he will run out on her. That kind of man is just out for sex and when he has got it he will move on to the next one. Depending on how often you meet I would suggest not until at least 10/12 meetings. Am I old fashioned but I prefer some values.

Sex is the physical act of the emotional feeling, love. So a lady should wait as long as it takes for her to fall inlove. And since you only fall inlove with 'the one' then why not wait till the wedding day?
Alot of people think that sex is something you simply 'do' as part of a relationship. This then means that if they go out with several people they have several sexual partners.

Why wait, you are not a bottle of wine, you dont get better with age!!!! Have sex now because if you like him enough to think about having sex with him all you are actually doing is tortureing him. Why wait if you wait a week a month or do it on the second date what is it you are trying to achieve!!!
