i heard about this from billy conolly and have been interested since last year i think it would be great for christmas dinner but nowhere i try seems to have anything like it please help as it is driving me nuts!!!

Add to the reindeer 1 sleigh with bells,
Mix into the sleigh a Bright red suit and a man with a beard,
Stir in hundreds of pressies for children around the world and there you have it, a perfect christmas.

As venison is bascially the same just use a recipe with venison in it. Or try a Norwegian site as they eat lots of reindeer. It is lovely by the way.

Ate it a lot in Helsinki, you could even get it on Pizza....
The stew was exceptionally good, cause the meet cooks for a long time and is extremely tender

i dont have any, but reindeer is a very popular food in finland (my son lives there and they eat it like beef) so you may be able to adapt beef receipes or look for finnish cook books. sounds more interesting than turkey but cant see santa coming to your house this year.

depends on what cut you have .but whatever you should treat it exactly as you would beef........I have just had some kangaroo steaks cooked in the pan.melts in the mouth magic .....I also have two ostrich steaks in the freezer....................

try finish web sites...you can eat it like any meat.a steak simply grilled or fried would be good.
