It's a fictitious place from the Quran. Muhammad was supposed to have been escorted by Gabrial through all 7 heavens.

The Bible does not speak of heaven as having stages,or being divided into platforms.
The concept of 'seventh heaven' is a early rabbinic view based on what Paul speaks about at 2Cor12:2-4.
'Seventh heaven' finds no support in the Scriptures
