OK so this chick ask me if I would father her children, she has no plans on being with me, she "just wants my DNA". I am married, and have no intentions of leaving my wife. She doesnt expect me to be in the child's life but really wants me to be the father. She claims that there is nothing else to it. She is a really smart woman, and I have no reason not to believe her, but all of this is creeping me out. I want to help, cause I do have feelings for her, and we are sleeping together any way, but isnt this a little much?

First off, why are you cheating on your wife?

If you have no "plans" on leaving your wife, then why cheat on her? Isnt "she" the one you promise to love and to hold, and keep above all other women? Seems your not keeping your marriage vows...

Now, the woman your presently having sex with, wants kids, so that she will pressure you into leaving your wife. (She figures your not faithful anyways, to her, so that you can be easily swayed if she has the rug rats).

Now, since you are involved with her, and if she has the kids, then she will file a paternity suit and get you to pay for them, then you wife will find out you have been cheating on her and leave you, and you will have no one...but wait, the woman with the kids will still be there and you still will have an opportunity to marry her, after your present wife divorces you, and takes everything you own, so, you will be penniless and you will be free.

Get smart and make up your mind who you want. Because when you play with fire, your gonna get burnt.

I wish you well..

Jesse

This must be a joke question.

If you are a real man and husband, you would not have an affair, and you would know you can't father a child an not have anything to do with the child. your DNA is morally damaged.

Legally, your DNA would be a minimum 18 year commitment. Tell a court "she said she only wanted my DNA" and they will laugh as they fill out the financial requirement documents telling you how much to pay.

Look a 16 year old in the eyes and tell them, "I didn't want to be your father, and even though I was (pas tense) married at the time, I just wanted to have sex with your slut of a mother."

Now there's a legacy ........

You are married and sleeping with her anyway hmmm sounds like you are a idiot and she knows that so that's why she wants your baby so she can hang it over your head and tell your soon to be ex wife and get some money off of you like child support. Best start thinking with the head on your shoulders and not the one between your legs.

you are cheating on your wife with another woman, who wants you to be the father of a child with no strings attached.

Well, I would be doing a whole lot of thinking before stepping on that nail. There should also be a paternaty agreement made between the two of you (and a lawyer) as to what is the situation going to be.

I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't be in this child's life or that she wouldn't want you to be.That's just crazy!Especially since you say you have feelings for this woman. In my opinion you both need to get real with yourselves you need to either leave your wife or stop fooling around! This female needs to get her own man or just go to a sperm bank oh no cause she cant get what it sounds like shes after a chance of eventually getting you GET REAL!!! To thy own-self be true!! Don't fall for that

unless you have a release of liability signed by her and witnessed, you will be financially liable for any offspring resulting from the union ... she may also be manipulating you because you wont leave your wife ... you made this bed, lie in it
