Does anyone else have this pushchair and what do you think of it? I hate the one I've got. Total waste of £130

All pushchairs and prams are badly overpriced and they are worth nothing when you try to re-sell them. Always buy a second hand one then you can ask about how well it worked and save a bunch of money

Buying pushchairs second-hand is often a good idea. They do not keep their value as so many parents feel they want to buy 'new' for their baby. Also, when you buy a pushchair you have no idea whether it is any good. Yes you can pick one that looks nice but in terms of whether it is functional, easy to fold and store, easy to push on different terrain, etc you have no idea. You can get money back selling second hand. A card in your local shop will get you a higher price than online. Check out http://www.mypushchair.co.uk for pushchair reviews, second-hand offers and prices.

No i havent but try sending your comments into mamas and papas and explain what is wrong with it and if it is unused they could offer a refund. Or sell it on ebay.

You should think about the vitals when buying a new pushchair:

where it will be used? Bumpy roads, town.

weight of p/chair? No use buying a bulky one if you only have a small car boot or you will be flloding it to put on a bus.

price? no point forking out a fortune when there are better prams that do more and are cheaper.

how long your going to use it for? some people buy big prams to find they hav to sell it 6mths later to go buy a stroller.

I don't have that one, but I have tried 3 in stores before finally settling on a Mamas and Papas g-matic giro .. and then bought that on ebay :) I love it so it surprises me that the ziko pushchair is so lousy.

You should email them, with abit of luck they'll listen and give you something else! Here is the web page: http://www.mamasandpapas.co.uk/contact.php
