I've been trying to get my 3 year old daughter in modeling for the longest time she is mixed with olive skin tone and has blue eyes. Everyone that sees her always ask is she a model or tells me i need to watch her very carefully. But my question is how and where and I dont want to spend lots of money to get started.

DON'T DO IT....if you are looking to profit off your child you need help...quit trying to pimp out your daughter and get a job.
Sorry if that sounds harsh but look at what that kind of stuff has done to other little girls. They end up rapped, dead, or drug abusers as they get a little older, or end up with severe eating disorders.
let her be a kid, let her play with her friends , be in girl scouts, run play , skin knees, climb trees....all the cool stuff we enjoyed as kids!

My daughter was a model for a few years and it can put a lot of stress on them to always want the "perfect beauty". Now she is having a hard time just being a kid! I would suggest that you wait until she is a few years older and wiser herself before you put her through this. You would not want to lose the baby in your baby.
