Purchase some coloured (red or green) tights in a big department store. Have a look in your local charity shop for a plain white shirt,
(something that will be quite big and baggy for you),
With felt tips (yellow, green, red, black etc.,) draw diamonds on the white
shirt and colour in. Buy spikey hat with bells on, if not a benny hat sew
a bell on it, wear slippers and go as a "Joker". Don`t forget to take a joke book with you.

What some comic strip caracter beginning with J (can no longer think of of any precise now) or some thing like a jellybaby or Jolly green good sized or in line with danger a action picture celeb/ pop celeb. Get extensive fake breasts and circulate as Jordan, or get aviators and a in good shape with all celeb footwear and circulate as Johnny Knoxville, or Jessica Simpson in Dukes of probability. circulate as Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears (back interior the previous days) that they had on outfits made thoroughly out of jean cloth, or Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson (think of superbowl) if u'r a pair. Or impersonate certainly one of your people who'se call starts with a J. wish it enables

(I did this one year and won $50)
Get a big clear garbage bag and cut 2 leg holes in the bottom then get in the bags and cut out slots on the sides for arms.
Take off bag
Go to store and get a big pack of baloons and blow them up to about 3-4 inches around
make a sign " Jim's Jellybeans" and tape on inside of bag to face people
put bag back on and fill with baloons
thread string through top of bag to create a drawstring
secure string loosely around neck
Voila!!!! A bag a jellybean's!!!

get a military-looking costume, and a gallon jar...go as a Jarhead...no offense meant to U.S Marines...lol...
or get a 3 quart sauce pot, put it on your gourd, wear some tie-dye and be a pothead....
