Empty contents in to a container.
Fill to within 1cm of the top with tap water.
Stir then discard contents.
Use distilled water for best results. Refill the container and leave for 24 hours in the fridge.
You can do it other ways but this will give the best resluts

Water evaporates, it does not turn into powder...One of two things...
Either
1) you meant powdered milk
or
2) you are just trying to pull our legs...

Try taking the bag off your head.. once you have enuf oxygen, maybe you can be normal. Otherwise, try holding your breath for a week underwater.. maybe then you can figure it out
