One of my best friends,met a boy when she was in holiday in a other town(in the same country were she lives).She told me that he was telling here on the street(they didn't now then each other)that she looks good,that she is sweet,that she loves her...OK no problem!But he is smoking,he is one year bigger then her(she is 13 years old),he has a tattoo on a hand,I don't now he looks a bit dangerous like a vagabond and for this friend of mine is a caprice but she sais that she likes him too.She doesen't now his last name and his number.Her parents don't now about that guy because they are obsoletes.It is a danger for her?She didn't had a boyfriend before.

A 13 yr old girl should not be with a strange man off the street. Tell her parents about it, because this man could be very dangerous and do harm to her. She is very gullible and could wind up dead or hurt. Please tell her to not be around this man. It happens all the time when strange men like this are looking for girls to torture and kill. Please stay away both of you.

I'm trying to imagine how dangerous is a 14 yo can be.. how the hell does he get a tattoo at that age? Anyway, yes i think it is dangerous. Tell your friend not to cheapen herself and be a s lut, maybe that will scare her & knock some sense in her head.

first of all your friend is to young to date,but yous do it so on that note you as a friend need to keep on eye on the situation try not to say to much or you will lose her as a friend and you can't tell her parents cause if she is anything like what i was she will run away just to be with him,your friend has to grow up but in the mean time just be a friend.

She is to damn young to be thinking about boyfriends,let alone one she doesn't even know all that well.
I say leave him alone and worry about school work and friends your school days are the best times you are gonna have so concentrate on friends and school.13 and 14 year olds are way to young to be getting involved with each other.

This guy sounds like bad news.
It also sounds like it will more than likely be over before it really starts. Especially if he is living in another country. Don't worry.
And tell your friend that she is beautiful, and if she can get that guy, she can probably bag tons of guys closer to where she lives.
