Hey sweety! I know I'm not a guy so don't get mad at me for writing in, but I just want to try and help you out. I really do not think you should tell someone how you feel about him in a note, or an email. You need to do it in person. But the thing is, if you really do like this guy and you want him to be apart of your life, as more than a friend, you are going to have to tell him in person. Infact what you need to do is when you see him again ask him if he wants to go out to dinner with you. Just be casual about it!!! Say something like you really want to check out this new resteraunt that just opened, and you were wondering if he wanted to go with you sometime. Even if he is painfully shy he should say yes if he really likes you!!!! If he says yes, then set up a time and a day to go.(MAKE SURE IT"S JUST THE TWO OF YOU) After you guys are done eating suggest you go to the park, or for a walk. And while you are there tell him how cool of a guy you think he is and let him know that you would like to be more than just friends with him. Trust Me this will work a MILLION times better for you than giving him a note! You need to get him to open up and not be so shy around you, and chances are if he is shy around you it's a good thing! It shows how much he likes you. Plus if you give him a note and he's very shy then it might scare him off and make him more nervous around you because he feels like he is supposed to make a move on you, but he is too scared to do it. So he might end up avoiding you all together.

In many ways its saying that they would like to pursue the possibilities of something more then a friend .. if you share the same feeling - go for it. If you only see that person as a friend, then tell them and continue to be friends.

That would depend entirely on if I like you "in that way" I am shy, but if you told me this and I liked you, I would feel completely comfortable asking you on a date and telling you that I feel the same. However, if I didn't feel the same, I wouldn't really know what to say because I wouldn't want to hurt your feelings. When I've been in that situation, I never know what to do.

If the guy has any interest in a relationship with you this is a good way to open the door.
If he doesn't want a relationship, at least you will know.
Somtimes knowing is worth it. I hope it works out.

Hmm, this question is kind of confusing to me to be honest. So I'm a guy and I assume a girl is saying this to me??? If so, it would REALLY weird me out. Makes me want to say "Ooook, I gotta go now, bye"
