I guess the key word is Major.... i would say america is pretty wasy.... no matter what anyone thinks.... america has easier immigration laws than many other countries.... if we are talking any country in general..... try the poorer caribbean countries (jamaica, haiti, probably), preferably go there an invest some money... they will welcome you with open arms.....but you won't have to deal w/ as much war as some of the other 3rd word countries

Why the United States of course! Here is a little secret (haha) that most immigrants don't want you to know...you can come here illegally and live off the land and still have no ties to one particular country.
I would do it legally though since most citizens would hate your guts.

if you are a contributror and educated.....ie..your not a burden and social services , any country would be glad to have you,provided of course you are not a criminal
