To avoid pimples eat less oily food. Regularize your diet, meaning you must eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at a regular time. Drink lot of water but not when you are eating. While eating or 30 min before of after food drink only 200 to 400 ml water. Drink at least a liter of water when you get up in the morning. Even if your digestive system is not working properly would result in pimples and this intake of water when you get up early in the morning would help you with your digestive system.

Isotretinoin is an effective drug therapy.

Drink atleast 8 glasses of water daily.
Avoid eating fatty/fried food.
Make sure you do not ever have constipation as this even results to pimples on the face. If you do at times feel that food is not digesting try eating paw-paw or papaya as this will help you digest food faster.
Try eating alot of fruits.

you can do it by drinking lots of water and wash your face in the morning and whenever you come after gossiping. just grind some cucumber and add some sandal & apply it on your face.
avoid oily & junk foods. fruits are the best.

& also use lactocalamine lotion after every wash(availabl in almost every medical store in india).
if not satisfied than consult ur dermetologist.
