Bun, spread a light layer of ketchup on the bottom bun, let it soak in.
Pickles
Layers of iceberg lettuce with mayonaise between them
Put the meat/patty/ham/whatever on it
Mustard

"Perfect" burger at this hour....PLEASE! My advise: add any kind of sauce into the meat like A1 or Worcestershire sauce. Dried spices are awesome too. Try dried onions, garlic powder, even ground ginger. I like to use brown sugar and bourbon wisked together when i grill my salmon burgers, might be tasty on beef too!

What kind of hamburger are you using? Don't overcook it, and don't smash it down with the spatula, as it will lose it's juices. Use you imagination and good eating!
