if your bf does not believe you in something you have done and takes the word of others then you have a difficult choice ahead of you - can you really be with someone who ether does not trust you or thinks that you are a liar, it will start small but may eventually impact everything you do
there must be trust - its ok, great even to confront issues head on but once an answer has been given you must decide whether to accept it or not and move on
but for me if i did not believe what my bf said it would be the beggining of the end for me

First try to talk to him in a romantic way like go to a dinner perhaps and tell him what happen. and if he still does not listen show some proof for him to believe you. And if still does not listen ask him if he loves you, and how much. If he says yes then he must trust you and believe than you anyone else. But if he says yes and still don't believe you well is time for you to look for someone else because you cannot have relationship with someone does not trust you enough and love you enough to listen to you.

Confront him, ask him why does he think so (the situation). And counter his reply with logical answers and evidence. I think the best way always, is to talk things out like adults instead of screaming each other's head off.
Ease him into thinking logically, don't TELL him that he should believe you because you're his gf. Instead, make him realise that himself. When he have collected his thoughts, and think straight.. he would eventually come to his senses & trust you :-)

if he does not care enough or know you well enough to know that you are telling the truth, i would drop him...one thing you are suppose to have trust in your relationship or it is not going to be a good one anyway...and if he believes others over you i would tell him just how you feel and that you are telling the truth and if he does not have trust and faith in you there is no use going on with this relationship

Relationship is always based on trust. Without trust you will not have anything for long; you have no relationship, lust maybe but not much else. So dump him. Have some dignity for yourself.
