no you have to have middle to top rate dissability living allowance you can apply for a higher rate and appeal against a decision if you think it is wrong.you cannot appeal against the current decision if it has been awarded to you for a certain length of time and was accepted by you.3 mnths i think

Sorry but you have to have the higher rate motability component of Disability Living Allownace to be able to cleaim your blue badge, road tax and also a motobility vehicle

no i dont think they can get tax for their car but apply for the blue badge you dont even need to be in receipt of disabillty benefit to get a blue badge
