Last week i had exactly the same symptoms as you. I didn't rest and i have ended up with laryngitis and have been very poorly.

You could have a sinus infection in only one side of your sinuses. This is not unheard of. Please see a doctor for a real diagnoses, and most lkely you will need antibiotics to relieve the infection.
