If you are under 18 years old...milk
Over 18 take your pick...but I don't think you'd do very well having beer for breakfast!... unless its in pancake batter... (I make my pancakes with 3/4 milk & 1/4 beer...they come out lighter).
I think your own common sense should be able to answer this one for you!

Drink milk. It's better for you and cheaper too. Plus, you don't have to worry about getting a DUI on milk, or having your kidneys or liver go bad.
