b) kill your hair follicles and make all your hair fall out

If household bleach? Probably a chemical burn to your skin if left on very long.
Hair bleach will lighten your hair as long as it remains wet with hydrogen peroxide. It will even melt your hair if left too long. The microscopic pigment granules of your hair become increasingly diffused to smaller & smaller particles which account for hair appearing lighter. If not done properly though, the root area where
your body heat is (1/2 in) lightens much faster thatn the rest.

more than likely it will do several things of which include: fry you hair & make it fall out, chemically burn your scalp & possibly make it so your ahir cant grow back, and possibly tirn your hair weird lighter colors but highley doubtfull it would be bright white
