1. Cheddar: extra mature, coz it tastes so good and I love savoury tasting things

2. Brie: but it has to be unripe Brie, I know that is the wrong way to eat it, I just love the texture.

3. Feta: coz it has the same texture as unripe brie and I love the taste, especially with salad and pine nuts and olives.

4. Blue cheese: only eat this very occasionally, and usually in a sauce as I really don't like the fumes that hit the back of your throat, they taste like bleach.

5. Cream cheese: I like this mixed in with pasta, but am not keen on sandwiches.

Provolone - It's delicious with roast beef and that's the kind of sandwich I eat most often.
Mozzarella - I like the way it taste with turkey and on pizza.
Feta - I've just recently tasted it on some salad and it was wonderful.
Cheddar - I don't really know why. I guess because I was raised with it.
Cream Cheese - Especially when it's in cheesecake.

Cheddar, mozzarella, gruyere, havarti, gouda. The first for everyday use, the second for pizza and lasagne, the last three only when there's extra money or like, at Christmas.
