Honestly, your question is a bit strange for me. If you are building a christian website, I assume that you are a Christian.
So.. dun you have a BIBLE??? There you can find THOUSANDS of good verses.
But if you wanna know my fave verses, then I'll tell ya:
"FAITH is daring the soul to go beyond what eyes can see"
(2.Cor.5:7)
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."
(Mark 10:27)
"So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
(Luke 11:9-13)
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins."
(Mark 11:24-26)
Well, I still have many fave verses, but I think you should seek it by your own. Just go to www.biblegateway.com if you wanna look for more verses.
Good luck ;-)

Good for what?? All Bible verses are good. In the time it took you see what we typed you could have read the bible and picked out and typed up a whole chapter. Ephesians 6 would be good as would Galatians 5

If you have a relationship with Jesus, you need to allow His Spirit to guide you. To have a website that glorifies God and is effective you need the Lord to guide YOU.
As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
For God so loved the world that HE GAVE...
2 Corinthians 10
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds,
5 pulling down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ;
(MKJV)

Truthfully, all of them...
But if I have to single a few out they would be...
Philippians 4:8 is one of the most poetic verses in the Bible.
Any number of the Psalms.
There are many great verses strewn throughout the Pauline Epistles...

Revelation 13:2
And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.
(this verse pops his head up in my life often.. not sure why---kinda spooky)
Revelation 6:8
I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.
(actually all of revelation 6 is cool)

It depends entirely on what you want to accomplish with this website. You haven't told us, so we're guessing blind.
The last time I counted, I believe there were 1,922 chapters in the Bible. Each of these can be said to have a "good verse", depending on what point you're trying to make.
You might also try a concordance.
