Tell your friend if he ever get intimate with an arabic girl, according to their country law, he is to marry her and support her whole family members and also he needs to convert his religion. If not, he will have his penis cut off by the authority !!!
If your friend do not mind, that's easy, get him a ticket to fly to Arab, I'm sure there're many arabic girls/models :-)

You can search for "arabic dating" or "arabic marriage" in Yahoo Search or Google and find some resources. I just did and plenty of sites came up. That's a good starting point until you meet somebody that has a "hook-up".
