It has a very high sugar content so water is better if you are watching the calories.

The biggest advertising con ever - Steven Gerrard (or was it Michael Owen) playing football (soccer) and drinking Lucozade. This has led to seriously misguide people and children that it is somehow healthy.
Lucozade is only drinkable and helpful if you are involved an extremely high active sport or lifestyle all the time.
It is pure energy - just check out the calories on the label. If you are not using ALOT of energy in a day you will not even burn off half a bottle. It is pure sugar and artificial flavours. Bad, bad, bad for the average person.
I see parents buying it for their kids all the time thinking it's 'Sporty'. In fact if you look at most of the people who drink it - they are struggling with their weight.

Yes it contains mainly glucose which is a type of sugar so yes it is very fattenning if you drink a lot. I thought Lucozade was to drink when you are recovering from an illness. My Gran used to give it to me as a child when I was ill.

Probably not. It depends on a lot of other factors, but half an avocado is only like 130 calories. If you do at least some moderate activity or exercise every day you'll burn that off no problem. Avocados have a high fat content, but not all fat is the same! Avocados have lots of mono- and polyunsaturated fats (the "good fats," like the kind in olive oil) that are healthy and actually good for you. If you like avocados, keep eating them. Just remember, everything in moderation!

my husband drinks about the same as you each day and weighs 9 and a half stone which is the same weight he was when he was 16- he is now 42. yes it can be fattening if overused but if you are very active it can be a very useful source of quick energy but only short term, to keep your energy levels up constantly use high carb diet (BUT NOT IF YOU WISH TO LOSE WEIGHT)

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups as well as do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will get better results than a long function or swim.

I'm not sure about using the word fattening, however it does have a lot of calories in it. So I guess that does answer your question in a round about way

Yes, and drinking it everyday, unless you're a marathon runner or something, isn't so good for you. Drink fruit juice- excellent energy and only natural sugars. Lucozade is also acidic and bad for your teeth- clean them afterwards.

Instead of sitting and looking at, listen to books on tape while you walk, clean, or garden.

Music allows you to eat more. According to research by the journal Psychology in addition to Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your meal, so you consume more foodstuff. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.
