I guess that all depends on the officer. For some officers, you would end up in jail for several years.

If you tried it with me, you wouldn't do a single day. Pepper spray is considered a weapon, so deadly force is justified. And if you think that actually spraying me first would stop me from shooting you, think again. I know from experience that I can function well enough after being sprayed that I could still draw my gun and hit what I am aiming at. That's why they spray us in training.

Good luck with your suicide attempt. I'll be watching the papers, and will be sure to forward a copy of this question to the DA, so they can see that it was premeditated.

Since I know you won't pick me for the best answer and your question is an easy two points I feel comfortable saying.

You're an IDIOT.

Instead of asking these questions to us you should either:

A) seek help!

B) walk into a local PD and ask the same question!

either source will gladly tell you what a stupid idea this is and that it is a felony in most places and a justification to use a higher level of force everywhere! You do know what the next reasonable level is right?

Depending on where you choose to make your stupid mistake it is either a Taser or a baton. Either way you will be very uncomfortable!

Well I guess that all depends on the officer. For some officers, you would end up in jail 5-10 years.
how ever If you tried that **** with me you wouldn't do a single hour in jail. Pepper spray is considered a deadly weapon, so deadly force is justified. And if you think that actually spraying a officer would stop us from shooting you, think again. I know from experience that we can function well enough after being sprayed that we can still draw our gun and hit what we are aiming at. That's why they spray us in training camp.

You would get the book thrown at you no matter how good your attorney is - and don't epect leniency from the judge.

I don't know what your beef with law enforcement is, but you need a serious attitude adjustment. You will come out the loser all the way around if you act on these "fantasies".

And, I don't think community service in lieu of jail time will be an option for you.

Lol. U are a silly person. Why would you do such a thing? That is assualt on an office. I really don't know how much time you would do for that. But I dont think its worth it to go to jail for something so dumb. U will be all over the news for the a**hole of the year!

None. You can't prosecute a dead man. He would shoot your sorry looking a$$ and be justified in doing it. Pepper spray can disable the officer leaving him open to attack and likely losing his own weapon to you. In which case he'd be shot and now you'd have a gun and be a danger to the community. But go ahead and try it. I don't think anyone would really miss you.

if the assault occured in the uk you can technically get life-but for assaulting a police officer which caused blindness you could be looking at between 6 and 12 months. but with a photo like that i wouldn't worry too much-nobody's gonna beleive for one second you belted a copper. but i wouldn't want to be in your shoes when they get you back to that station (precinct)-if you havn't done it yet-then don't. they will not only kick the granny out of you but will stitch you up with every unsolved crime in the neighbourhood.

You are an ugly little man with out the means or the balls to try it. So quit dreaming about it and move on to the next thing.
