Hi!
There are different difinitions of words concerning Christianity...that is why, we Christians have our own dictionaries that define words according to the original greek and hebrew languages with which the bible was written...
Now the word "spirituality" has a noun "spirit", what is spirit?
It cannot be air for we see air...the "spirit" realm is that realm where unseen things exist e.g angels, Holy Spirit, even the prayers of people can be seen, God, even souls of dead and alive people can be seen...
If someone's "spirit eyes" are open, he would be able to see these unseen beings I just mentioned.
Now many people made a mistake of associating the word "spirituality" with "EMOTIONS" and "religion" or even church! This is a deception, the spirit realm is an unseen world that exists where spirit beings exist...mind you this realm is REAL!
A human being a spirit being himself...he is made up of a soul, spirit and body, if the spirit is out of the body, the body will not live no matter how much air one blows into the body...this is proof that "air is not spirit"...unless another spirit being takes over the body like a "demon" or something!
So I personally think that the word "spirituality" is wrongly used!But for the sake of good working condition we have submitted to the wrong meaning of the word...
In the spirit realm, there are not many religions like on earth, there are ONLY two kingdoms, the Kingdom of God and of Satan...Yes, in the kingdom of Satan, there are various departments that serve their evil purpose to deceive people...Have you not noticed that "most AFRICAN countries and people" believe in summoning dead spirits" but in other religions it is not as rife as it is in Africans?It is because, Satan delegated a department to deal with Africans only!Have noticed that most white people have inner "racial pride", it is because Satan has different departments....
Satan has departments that work with education to bring more atheism to people, technology to disturb people from spending time in prayer and even to reflect on their lifestyles, whether they be good or bad
Satan has "Religions Department" were he delegated spirits to deceive people concerning God and even himself.In other cases, to badname God and in others to make them believe there is no God, human beings are gods themselves.

Spirit is perhaps associated with soul and soul is probably the bases of life. Then there must be some anti spirit which is anti life. That means there is a good spirit and a bad spirit. Bad spirit can make one devil in part or full whereas pure good spirit can make one an angel, god or saint.

spirituality is related soul. spirit means soul and topics related to soul is called spirituality. It is the belief in soul.
something related to soul inside the body.
It has nothing to do with the ouside world.
Its an age old belief that our body consits of soul
When we die and take another birth. Our soul changes the body.
Soul never dies.
There are many mahatmas who have written several books on spirituality.
spirituality also relates to power of spirit and hapiness that is not dependable on this earth.

What is non material.
Your body is material,made of earth,water,fire,ether.When you die,all these materials are still there,but something is gone:the spirit or soul,without which life doesn't exist.
So,you're a sprit soul!And you're eternal!

There is a spiritual realm that can't be seen, touched, measured, observed, tested, etc HOWEVER that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist and that we can't interact with it.
Spirituality relates to how we interact with the spiritual realm (feelings, promptings, prayer, revelation, visions, etc.)
It might loosly be catagorized as the paranormal.
