also there is alwalys cough formation in chest region,the cough is white.erection is ones in a week,also penis size is small.the itching is severe at night,in anus region.i have taken some antibiuotics but it give relief for time being.once i stop the medicine the white patch at anus region comes.even i have apply cream to anus region but that doesn't help.

You need to go see a physician and fast what you have sounds a lot like a really bad STD. The antibiotic prescribed may not be the appropriate one for such an illness. Different antibiotics treat different illnesses.

First, I want to know how you are getting that close to see your anus region and then I want to tell you that I'm not sure why your cough is causing an erection. Your small penis probably caused by genetics although lack of use could cause to shrink. And are you sure the medicine was an antibiuotics or was is for some mental problem? I would seriously seek help.

I think you should stop taking the erection once a week , taking an erection is a sure way to get white stuff coughing up out of your mouth , and also I would bet this weeky erection you speak of is the cause of the white itchy bung, Even though the penis size is small , I would immediately discontinue the weekly errection .

MY ADVICE IS FIRST DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER(ATLEAST 4 GLASSES OF WATER) DAILY TO TURN UR URINE ACIDIC TO NEUTRAL.THEN UR URINE WONT SMELL ACIDIC AGAIN.REPEAT THIS DAILY.
